Delivery & returns

Vispring and Mattsons beds are made to order and delivered and assembled personally by our team, anywhere in Switzerland. Delivery date, assembly and removal of your old bed are arranged with you at the time of ordering. As every bed is made to measure, orders cannot be exchanged or returned once production has begun.

Shipping only within Switzerland. Delivery time: 2–5 working days after receipt of order. We prepare your order in one business day, the rest is shipping time. Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address within Switzerland. Shipping costs CHF 15.– for orders below CHF 200.– and is free from CHF 200.–. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. You are also welcome to collect your order at the showroom at Talstrasse 66.

You can return the Mattsons Protector within 30 days of receiving the goods. Conditions for a return: The item must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding cannot be returned. Returns should ideally be made in the original packaging. Refund: After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase price will be refunded via the originally used payment method. Processing usually takes 5-10 working days. Return shipping costs: The customer bears the costs for the return shipment, provided the goods were delivered without defects. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered goods.
